ECO Vukan House is situated in the midst of neatly laid out vineyards, far from the crowds. A house from a wooden construction and walls of straw and clay plaster ensure that you immediately feel at home.
The house is on top of a hill, so you can enjoy beautiful views! Continue to relax in the available sauna or nearby spas with thermal baths and great pools for children to enjoy. Please keep in mind, Kajžar is a very peaceful place, therefore no parties are allowed.
The house has 3 bedrooms (1 on the ground floor). 1 bedroom on the 1st floor has a balcony (with fantastic view). There are 2 bathrooms (downstairs and upstairs). The bathroom downstairs has a shower, the bathroom upstairs a bath. The living room has a large corner sofa, coffee table and wide screen television. There is a dining table for 8 people. The kitchen is very well equipped, with dishwasher and induction hob. Both upstairs and downstairs is a WC. There is also a large terrace (with awning), sun lounger, garden table and chairs.
There is a separate outside sauna (finnish and infrared) with an amazing view and outside shower. Free WI-FI is available.
Apart from the basement, the entire house (ground floor and 1st floor) is accessible
We are always available via telephone, app or e-mail. For urgent matters the neighbor is around the corner and can help solve urgent matters.
Cycling routes
Along the house and over the rolling hills, there is a winding cycle route that treats cycling enthusiasts beyond every bend with beautiful views.
Spas
Hisa Vukan is close to some great spas, in each of them you will find different thermal experiences. Also great for children.
Wine
The area is also known for its high-quality wine, which you can taste in nearby wine cellars or at our house.
Food
In the area you will find many organic farms and restaurants that offer organic food.
You can visit the various spas by car. The places Ptuj, Maribor, Ljutomer are also worth a visit. A little further away are the major cities of Zagreb and Graz.
For daily shopping you can go to Ljutomer or Ormoz.

The remaining amount is to be paid 30 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
75% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 42 days before arrival or earlier.
50% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 28 days before arrival or earlier.
0% refundable if canceled after.
Security deposit
A refundable security deposit of €200 is due.
